WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY AT BELLBOY?
Simply put - if you're not happy with the product send it back to us within 14 days.
We'll refund your payment minus the shipping cost, no questions asked.
WHAT IF MY BELLBOY IS FAULTY?
We'll be happy to send you a brand new Bellboy.
Please contact us with the details, and we'll make sure you're fully satisfied with Bellboy earphones.
DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASE?
Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE DELIVERED?
Orders made before 8 a.m. (UTC+08:00) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8 a.m. will be shipped the following business day. Orders made on Friday after 8:00 a.m. ( UTC+08:00, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact info@bellboy.me within 30 minutes after you have placed your order. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the correspondence.
HOW DO I USE MY COUPON CODE?
Coupon code can be used at the Checkout step of where you enter your delivery address. Proceed with your order as normal and apply your code during checkout.

We have an advanced logistics system that calculates the fastest shipment route. Depending on inventory your parcel will be delivered from our logistic center in Hong Kong

HOW DO I SEE HOW MUCH BATTERY THAT IS LEFT?
Battery life status will be indicated on your smartphone. Charge the earphones when the flashing light turns red. Red light means the earphones Blue light means the earphones are fully charged. The earphones will turn off automatically after 10 minutes if it is not paired.
HOW DO I TURN OFF MY MY BELLBOY?
Press and hold the middle button on the remote for 3 seconds.
HOW DO I CHANGE SONG? (FOR IOS)
Previous Song: Press the volume- for 2 seconds.
Next Song: Press the volume+ for 2 seconds.
HOW DO I CHARGE MY BLUETOOTH DEVICE?
Use the USB cable that comes in the box. It can be plugged to USB outlets that supply power, i.e. your computer or iPhone charger.
